Brandon Reynolds
FOUNDER / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Brandon is the founder of INTO THE DEEP, a movement born from a simple but profound calling God placed on his heart: to lead men out of isolation and into a deeper, transformative walk with Christ. Inspired by Luke 5, Brandon was gripped by a question that would shape his life’s work: What would it look like to walk closely with a man for a year and lead him into the deeper waters of his faith?
That question became a mission.
For nearly three decades, Brandon has served in pastoral ministry—beginning in youth ministry, planting a church in Bend, Oregon, and later helping churches lead their community life ministry. Along the way, he has faithfully invested in men, helping them navigate the tensions of modern life, break through the barriers to authentic community, and discover their true identity in Christ. What began as obedience to God’s prompting has grown into a proven pathway for building strong, Christ-centered community.
As a leader, Brandon carries both conviction and humility—steadfast in vision, yet deeply aware that the work is God’s. He doesn’t simply teach about community; he builds it, lives it, and invites others into it.
Today, through INTO THE DEEP, Brandon continues to pastor, equip and call men into the life they were created for—one marked by courage, connection, and a deeper pursuit of God.
Kirk Ihlenburg
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Kirk brings 30 years of experience from the business world, including leading and operating an international company. Over the course of his career, he developed a deep understanding of leadership, structure, and what it takes to build something that lasts—lessons he now sees as preparation for a greater purpose.
Having personally experienced the impact of INTO THE DEEP, Kirk understands firsthand the power of being called out of isolation and into Christ-centered community. What was once professional expertise has now become a form of stewardship—leveraging decades of business insight to strengthen the foundation behind the mission.
At INTO THE DEEP, Kirk helps strengthen the foundation behind the work—supporting the back office and leadership team with clarity, structure, and operational insight. His approach is both practical and purpose-driven, combining seasoned business leadership with a deep belief that when the mission is clear and the foundation is strong, lives can be transformed at scale.
Cliff Reynolds
DIRECTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP
Cliff Reynolds brings a lifetime of faithful ministry experience to his role as Director of Discipleship and Mentoring at INTO THE DEEP. Over the course of more than five decades, he has served in a variety of pastoral and leadership roles—including missionary, church planter, lead pastor, and mentor—consistently investing in the spiritual growth of others.
Throughout every season, Cliff has carried a deep commitment to helping people become rooted in Christ and formed through authentic, Christ-centered relationships. His experience, shaped by years of study and hands-on ministry, reflects a steady devotion to Scripture, discipleship, and the quiet work of raising up leaders.
At INTO THE DEEP, Cliff focuses on cultivating a culture of mentorship and building pathways for discipleship that call men out of isolation and into lasting transformation. He serves with wisdom and humility, helping guide men into deeper faith and stronger brotherhood.
Alisha Murphy
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Alisha Murphy serves as the Operations Manager for INTO THE DEEP, helping bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the mission of calling men out of isolation and into Christ-centered community. With a strong background in organization, process management, and team support, Alisha ensures that the day-to-day operations of the ministry run smoothly so the team can focus on reaching and discipling men.
Known for her attention to detail and ability to keep moving parts aligned, Alisha plays a key role in coordinating events, supporting internal systems, and helping translate vision into action. Her work behind the scenes strengthens the foundation that allows INTO THE DEEP to continue expanding its impact through gatherings, discipleship pathways, and community-building initiatives.
Alisha is passionate about seeing lives transformed through authentic relationships and faith-centered community. She is grateful to be part of a ministry that equips men to pursue God, build meaningful friendships, and lead with purpose in their families and communities.
